If you're experiencing issues generating PDFs from quotes in Salesforce through Nue, this guide will help you resolve common session-related problems.


Common Symptoms

Root Cause

These issues are typically caused by session management conflicts when:

  • Logging in and out of multiple Salesforce instances or environments

  • Switching between different Nue instances in the same browser

  • Browser cache contains crossed or outdated session data

When session data becomes cached incorrectly, the authentication system may throw errors or require re-login, even though the API integration is functioning properly.


Solution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Close all browser tabs - Close all open tabs in your browser, especially those related to Salesforce and Nue

  2. Clear your browser cache - Use your browser's settings to clear the cache and browsing data

  3. Restart your browser - Completely close and reopen your browser application

  4. Log back in and retry - Log back into Salesforce and attempt to generate the PDF again

This process forces your browser to reload all session data cleanly, resolving the authentication conflict.
